Default Anyone else do Plyo?

I'd never even heard of it until two weeks ago, when my PT showed me some plyo moves. I couldn't believe how hard it was to do a silly ol' bunny hop!

Did it again this past Saturday with my DH, who used to be a Marine. (I know, I know - once a Marine, always a Marine.) He was sore the next day. I wasn't. That was awesome. For the first time in my life, I'm more fit than he. He was impressed.

Anyhoo - anyone else do plyo?

I've been reading up on plyometric moves a bit because I read that they're good for increasing power and speed in your running. I haven't tried anything yet because I'm just focusing on getting through this 10k. I may try to build that stuff into my workouts as I get stronger. And I may ask you for advice!
