Owwwwww!!!
I started week 4 in the Couch to 5 K yesterday, and it was the first workout in the plan that I was unable to complete. Boo! Hopefully I was just too tired- I caught myself yawning as I was doing it! I am going to try again today maybe. but man, my knees are really hurting. I bought a brace, but it gave me killer cramps in the bottom of my foot. I hope that this gets better as I become more accustomed to doing it- I don't want to not be able to run.
