  • I walked 2 miles outside, I have 1 more mile to do inside, ( it was getting dark and I live in the country too hard to be seen). I really feel much better after I exercise, I was getting grumpy today cuz I thought I wasn't going to walk outside, then, I realized I would feel much better if I walked, ( it is also getting to be a grumpy time of the month for me...)
  • AM - 50 mins core workout
    PM -
  • 60 min on the elliptical as planned.
  • AM -- -- 50 mins
    PM -- -- that little guy does not look like he's running, but I will be running tonight
  • 3.5 mile run/walk on the treadmill (2 mi running)
  • walked 2 miles outside, with 8 yr old in tow,... not a good idea having 8 yr old in tow, he TALKS!!!!!LOL, I am not used to talking and walking at the same time....
  • 50 min bike, 40 min weights
  • 20 min arms this afternoon (I was in a hurry...but better than nothing!)
    55 on the elliptical this evening
  • Ran ~5.25
  • 30 min run to bribe myself to get coffee :-)
  • Nothing today I truly needed a rest .... it feels good... but I still can't wait to work out tomorrow ... Am I exercise obsessed??

    I took a break from cardio today, but I did a 60 minute bodysculpting class. Tomorrow is my group run!
  • I walked a little over 2 miles today, the wind picked up and it was horrible walking!! Then, like every morning and evening, I hauled hay for 10 horses...
