I have it, but my stamina is lacking. lol. I can only do a few songs at a time, and find it hard to click the little orbs while walking.

I have a wii fit and have been thinking about getting it out and using it as a supplement for those days that I just don't feel like exercising... Do you all think it helps.. also.. I would love suggestions for more games that will give me a good workout!

Thanks everyone! :]

Personally I think ANY exercise is good for you. If I can stand rather than sit at work....I consider myself burning more calories. GO FOR IT...HAVE FUN I love my wii

I bought this game in the winter for indoor walks. It's pretty fun but i need more room because I have issues trying to click all the stuff. But I love some of the music!

i have a wii and i use the balance board with wii fit plus. i LOVE IT! im too shy to go to a gym right now and this is the only real exercise i get. it has lots of games and things that keep you burning calories. it tracks weight, bmi etc. i also bought a jillian michaels game, havent opened it as i'm a little intimidated. lol. i love the wii though. its helped keep me moving!

I love Walk it Out. The motivation of popping those little bubbles could keep me walking for miles. I got a bit tired of the same songs over and over again, but I always come back to the game.

I just got Wii Fit for my birthday last week and I have been playing it non-stop for the past week.

I would also recommend EA Active- it gives a nice strength workout. But honestly, I don't know if it is worth the extra money- I like Walk it Out better.

How does this game work exactly? Is it just you walking while giving you a nice scene and some music?

Is it just like the walking games on wii fit?

I just bought this game yesterday...and so far I love it! I liked the Walk Away the Pounds tapes...but found them very boring listening and watching the same things over and over,so I picked this up thinking that I have a whole world to open up and explore. So far I've only gotten little things, but I have opened up some new routes and can't wait to explore them so more.

There's a very active facebook group with a great FAQ if you can't find some things. I've been doing it for almost a month and I'm still working on completing it for the first time. I've walked 91.4 miles with it and soon I'll start using it with a treadmill to up the difficulty.

You can eliminate slow songs so that you are only getting faster ones and so on. On the facebook group, some people have done it 3-4 times and still love it and are begging the company to make a WIO 2.

I do regular low impact aerobic routines but I use the wii fit also. I have the walk it out and I really enjoy using it some days. The rather silly music and the cute little avatar seem to entertain me and I end up going longer than I intend to each time. Great fun
