Default Chicken Parmesan ...YUMMMM

Chicken Breast...........0 carbs
LC Spaghetti Sauce (Low Carb Solutions).....5 carbs
Parmesan cheese.......1 carb
or
Motzarella 1 carb

I bake my chicken breast in a little water with a chicken boullion cube, when the chicken is done I spoon the sph. sauce over and top with cheese, bake till melted (3 mins or so)

eat with a big ole salad !!

Depending on the amount of spaghettie sauce you use this could be even less of a carb count !!!!

A great and yummy meal for 6 carbs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
