Thumbs up Craig Claiborne Burgers

-Ground Sirloin
-Salt and Pepper
-Smart Balance spread
-Tabasco sauce
-Worcestershire sauce
-lemon juice
-chopped parsley

LIGHTLY form beef into1" thick patties. Sprinkle a thin layer of salt and pepper in a heavy skillet and heat until hot (pan shouls be almost smoking). Sear each side of patties, then lower the heat and cook until desired doneness. Sprinkle each patty with black pepper, top with 1/2 tbsp. of Smart Balance, then sprinkle a drop or two of Tabasco, Worcestershire and lemon juice on each. Top with chopped parsley, and enjoy!
These are probably the juciest "burgers" I've ever had - wonderful!
