I made this last night and loved it! I also made the zucchini puffs to go along with it...
Skillet Chicken Cacciatore

4 chicken breasts cut up into 1" pieces
salt and ground black pepper
1 T. olive oil
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Carb Options Garden Style Sauce (or other no sugar pasta sauce)
1/4 C. dry red wine or beef broth
1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1. Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. In a deep 12" skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken, about 8 minutes; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer covered 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
