Default Just like Chicken Gyro (without bread of course)

Yum, this turned out so good. I cooked up some chicken strips on my George Foreman, then dipped them in the yummiest cucumber sauce. It tastes almost like the cucumber sauce that you get on a Gyro.

1 small container low fat plain yogurt
1 cucumber (the pickle kind)
garlic powder or garlic salt

Dice up the cucumber and mix it with the container of yogurt, add garlic to your taste (I use just a dash of garlic salt). Cover and let sit in your fridge for a bit for better taste, but still tastes great if you want it right away.

I made a good Tzatziki using a cheesecloth to thicken the yogurt a bit and also Laurie started a thread for the cucumber sauce which I absolutely love...

Default Or Tastes like sour cream and cucumbers

Or if you slice the cucumber and leave out the garlic, and add a splash of white vinegar, it tastes EXACTLY like cucumbers and sour cream, which I love. I didn't tell my hubby that it was yogurt until he was done eating and he didn't have a clue that it wasn't sour cream.
