Turkey Loaf
2 lbs ground turkey
1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1/2 c fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs Dijon mustard
8-oz can tomato sauce (9g)
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine all ingredients, place in loaf pan and bake one hour.
Total carbs in recipe: 12g
Yield: 6 thick slabs, 2g carbs each
