Default Relacore and Facial Hair Growth

I'm new here, but just wanted to post my two cents. I bought relacore at walmart about 3 months ago, hoping that it would help with my moods and weight loss. I had seen the advertisement online and it said no harmful side effects. I bought the bottle at walmart and didn't bother to read it. I took it for a day and than read the bottle. Some known side effects are facial hair growth in women. There was some other side effects, but that was enough for me. I'm not that desperate. I agree with Mrs. Jim. There is no magic pill. It takes work. Hard work and discipline. I lost 30 lbs. in about 8 months. I know that seems like a long time, but I told myself I didn't want to put too much pressure on myself, because I didn't want to give up again. I was doing so good for a while. Than while in the process of moving to Texas, our truck broke down and we were stuck in Arizona for 3 weeks, all dieting stalled. I gained 10 lbs. back. Now I find myself stuck again. I'm having a really hard time getting in gear again. It helped reading the posts from Mrs. Jim and Meg. I want to feel that good. I want to have energy and fit into normal sized clothes. I think the fire has been sparked. Thank you Mrs. jim and Meg. You are an inspiration.

Thought I would go ahead and post my experience as well. I haven't tried relacore but I have used slimquick for a little while. I honestly couldn't tell you if it works or not or if I just psyched myself into believing it was working. I started using it when I first started my diet because my plan was to count calories and exercise, but I wanted to suppress my appetite at least until I got used to eating smaller portions and my friend told me that slimquick would do this without any side effects. So, although I've always said I wouldn't be a diet pill user, I gave them a go. Before the bottle ran out, I averaged losing about 2 pounds every week and I was able to reduce my portions to keep my calories in check without getting too many hunger pains. Of course since I was also watching what I ate and exercising most days, its hard to say if it had any real effect. Since then I plateaued for a few weeks, found myself slacking on counting my calories too many times and putting off jumping on my bike or my elliptical and have renewed my efforts to keep up the diet. Honestly, I think exercise seems to have been the real key to my weight loss, when I work out 4 or 5 times a week for at least a half hour I notice my clothes get loose pretty quickly, even when I give in to food cravings here and there.
