I'd avoid this. It has scam written all over it. Fake is a gentle word, in my opinion!
She claims you can lose 6 to 10 lbs per week for as long as you take her (mysterious, contents unknown) pills, and you can eat all you want during that time. That is absolutely physically impossible. To lose just one pound of fat, you have to burn 3500 calories more than you consume. So you have to cut back calories, usually to about 1200 to 1800 cal per day, and you also need to increase your exercise to burn more calories. The safe rate of weight loss is a half pound to 2 pounds per week. If someone was losing 6 to 10 lbs per week, they would need immediate hospitalization!
This is one of the worst diet advertisements I have ever seen. And the sad thing is that there will be people out there that will believe the claims and lose a lot of money
