I have been on so many diets its mindboggling, brain overload.

This book is helping me get back to the common sense way of eating and thats exactly what I need. One step at a time.

Oooooooooops gotta run, time for some soup

I agree on the mind boggling thing. One day I just sat self dow (after having read a gazillion diet books) and said to self..self..you know that when you try Atkins, or other diets that tell you what to eat you fail right? YES SELF ANSWERED..and you know that bottom line for weight loss is calories right..RIGHT..so then why not do a little calorie countin to make sure you are on target and eat volumetrically so you can eat plenty..and do some exercise..(YOURSELF!FITNESS is what I chose) where you are not killing yourself.
For counting calories I use calorieking which does almost all the work.
Results 10 pounds down. This week I goofed off though I did exercise...fortunately didnt gain next week I am back to counting
I love volumetrics..no one tells me what to eat...just ideas ..and it works!
AND I EAT CHOCOLATE EVERY DAY!!!

I just bought this book today. I have only read one chapter so far but it has clicked with me as well. I think I finally found an easy to follow plan that I can do.

Thank you for the review. I"m finding that it is something that I can do. I can see the pounds falling off now. I'm finally feeling positive about everything.
