It's on the Consumer Reports Dirty Dozen list of most dangerous supplements. It contains guarana and yerba mate, both sources of caffeine. All of these are stimulants.
Their website is filled with red flag terms, such as "groundbreaking", "breakthrough", etc. Really, all of these products are the same. The best and safest way to lose the weight and keep it off is to follow a sensible, balance diet, and add exercise to your routine.
