Amarantha2 Empress/Queen Join Date: Nov 2000 Posts: 6,269	P.S., I do really see the points of 3Kids and 4Hawks, who are using the Slimfast bars and plan as it's meant to be used. One bar a day or following the plan the company puts out is not the same thing as I was doing ... I was using the stuff (drinks and some bars) INSTEAD of conventional food ALL THE TIME because I couldn't stop ... I suspect the sugar count in it was the reason.
