Question Keto OS?
Just curious if anyone is using or has tried the Keto OS packets that are all over FB? If so, what was your experience?

Why bother? You can get into ketosis by just following a keto diet.

Since you can go into ketosis with diet, I wold avoid pouring anything extra into your body.

All I know is that every once in a while my body will go into ketosis and I end up using the restroom all night!! (number 1, not number 2)
