Thumbs up Skinny coffee
I gave this a month test, one cup a day with no diet or exercise. It totally helps with cravings, and well being...with no negative side affects. Pleased to say I lost 8 pounds! Normally to lose I need to drastically reduce carbs and calories. Very Happy!
