The best advice I ever got on this topic was
genetics have everything to do with cellulite and on into skin in general, wrinkles and stretch marks.
The whole lot of the them. If your mom or aunts had a hard time with grey hair, wrinkles, cellulite and stretch marks weither they were thin or not, you probabbly are too. If we had all the money we spend on them 4 things back in our purses, women could own most of the property in amercia I think
So you as a human form of your ancestors dna and genes have a set point for all 4 things, now you can make them better or worse to a extent from your set point. All four things have alot to do with simple circulation and oxygen intact. If your blood is flowing pretty good daily you are gonna have the best verision your genes will allow you of the 4 things. If you arnt exercising and have poor circulation, well your gonna be on the lower end of what your genes allow you to be.
And there are some hormonal things too, which again if you are pretty active, have good blood flow and eatting healthy, most likely your hormones are gonna be more balanced too according to your own personal gene path.
The best stuff to do to get on the good side of your genes or the best possible side, is massage, towards the heart, vitamins, exercise, fluids, and remembering to take them deep breaths daily and being gentle to yourself when you can.
The creams and gadgets can help inspire you to take care of yourself, I mean massaging your legs is way funnier if you got a nice smelling, creamy rich lotion to work with. So if Avon makes you wanna massage your legs , then by all means go for it

If you rather stick with homemade cheapy massage oil and add your own cheapy fragrances well by all means, go for that too.
So many products we by for self care are really just our way to inspire ourselves to actually do it, and if you need to buy something to be insprired, then there is really nothing wrong with that. I dont doubt that most ppl if they read this cream will take 1 inch off in 4 weeks if you use it daily for say 20 mins , I dont doubt that will happen, how much is placebo affect and the actual ingredents is another ball game. If cooking oil motivates you and you swear it takes off inches and you rub for 20 mins a day on the same spot, I have a feeling you would loose a inch too

I have no doubts you would see improvement, but not everyone likes cooking oil

Infact cant think of anyone who does

sooo the 15 bucks for a nice Avon product might be a good thing, your probabbly helping some woman you know in her home business, I would imagen the product smells good and leaves you feeling good cuz you did something good for yourself, And if you have the 15 to give, you just do and thats fine. But if you dont, just remember half the time you can make just as good products yourself for half as much, and the actual touch and massage and the act of taking good care of yourself is usually most of the results of any beauty product. It is a little bit of a mind trick, but you can learn to use that to your own advantage too.
