Great suggestion! I've also used walking as a way to release stress from work. I've driven home many times clutching the wheel I enjoy putting on my headphones and using the treadmill. For the next 30 to 60 minutes, nothing else matters. It's very nice

Um, am I the only one who is 100% happy with slimfast? I've been losing weight very well on it...2 lbs a week...But maybe it is because I was always a sugar and carboholic. After yoyo dieting for so long I feel like I've found something that is working. I can have my sweets for every meal, lol. I feel better too now that I am getting the vitamins and minerals found in them....

Or maybe I'm just weird....
