Annie and others: I have seen this same type ad time and time again in magazines, newspapers, on TV and Radio, where some say they lose huge amounts of weight very quickly. When advertising in magazines, etc. you may notice in fine print at the bottom of the ad, that "Results Not Typical and Vary from person to person". Also, it is true with many of these products that they may increase your metabolism like for instance Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, etc., but most people do not lose the extreme amounts of weight that some of these ads say and plus they do not go into detail all of the side effects that these metabolic boosters may have on your health - like rapid heart beat, heart attack, extreme nervousness, insomnia, etc. Health food stores are full of these type offerings, so I guess only the owners of the companies that sell mass quantities of these products and/or the manufacturers of these pills, etc. are the only ones who are laughing at dieters desperate attempts to almost try anything to lose weight. I myself, have been taken in by at least 6 or more of these loser plans in the past few years, but most of the time I sent back the product and did get most of my money back, but still had to pay for return shipping.
