I took the pills for a while and honestly they just made me feel sick. I also wonder about the legitimacy of the weight loss claims, as most materials I've read about ACV for weight loss require the ACV to be the unfiltered/most natural kind, and not, say, Heinz. I am not a scientist or anything, but I would find it hard to believe that something that's been processed enough to be in a hard pill form would contain all of those nutrients?
