Anyone tried this?
I already go to the gym 6 days a week for cardio and weights and I just want something alittle more to push me over this plataeu I have. I can not extend my gym time as I only get 2 hours of daycare per day and that is how long I go. I was thinking about taking a strength training class or trying a personal trainer but this again would cut into my gym time.
I figured I could boost up my cardio at the gym and do my strength training at home.
Anyway any imput would be great.
