Is it a pill or a program? There are references to a weight loss program called Lipotrim as well as a pill.

I checked and I know its a pill but I've never heard about it

My sister has done the lipotrim shakes and lost 7 1/2 stone, i know she found it very hard and it is very restricted, there were only a couple of falvours in the shakes.

I did the Lipotrim and lost nearly 2 stone. Not healthy though and I wouldn't do it again. Constipation. I took nearly 2 years to put the weight back on because I was careful but I know people who put it straight back on cos they weren't. There is a chocolate, strawberry and vanilla shake (They all taste bland but they are meant to, and there is a soup and a snack bar. You get three per day your choice but you are allowed nothing else not even chewing gum. There is also the maintenance plan but I did not do that.

I have never heard of this and I see alot of people posting that no diet pill works only diet and exercise which I do believe but I'm wondering if there is something to give a little boost in energy with out making you racey and help you lose a little faster.I like to know if you try it how it is.
