Default Phentermine & Exercising

Do you have to exercise when your taking Phentermine to lose weight & have it show that you have lost weight?
Some people have told me this & I dont believe it.

The pill is not a magic bullet....or a simple band aid to all that made you fat. You should use it as a tool to change your lifestyle and make better choices. So yes, that includes exercise and making sensible food choices.

If you do not incorporate exercise now...once you go off, you will likely not do it then either.

I don't know if you 'have' to exercise while taking phentermine. But, I did, and I'm a big advocate of exercising. I took it for about six weeks, and lost 10 lbs. I quit taking it because it made my heart hurt, and I was always anxious. I've been trying hard to lose weight for over a year, and the only time I've lost weight is while taking phentermine. It's been about 7 months since I took it, but I've maintained the weight loss.
