Default Magnesium

The significance of this mineral was brought to my attention at a seminar I attended a few weeks back. I found further research yielded some interesting information.

Here's a good reliable link.

and here's another interesting one.

The second article was fascinating. I recently started supplementing with Magnesium. I have read take half as much as Calcium. (Mag 250mg, Calcium 500mg is what I take). I have cut down on my use of Zyrtec for my allergies lately. Connection?

This is interesting. DH suffers a lot from allergies. I think I will look into getting a supplement for him to try, just for kicks.

I think it's one of those things you can try. If it doesn't work ... no harm done!

Funny I should read this today of all days. I have been getting terrible foot and leg cramps in the night lately. My mother reminded that I told her to take magnesium and calcium for this problem.
Oh yeah I'm planning on picking some up tonight!!
