MsBarker I have never had a miscarriage but you probably gained some weight from being pregnant as most of us do. Now in reference to your doing aerobics I think you were probably gaining some muscle mass which the scale wouldnt reflect. Did you take measurements? Some refer to the building of muscle mass (which is leaner than fat mass) as a nonscale victory. Try taking some measurements, start your exercise regime up again and then measure again after 8 weeks and I'm almost positive you will see some inches lost
