Ohhhhhhh I am having a fat day. I have been on prednisone for a week now and any weight I may have lost this week has been replaced with water. I hate the puffiness I get when I am on it.

I have a big event to go to on Thursday night and I know that the puffiness will not be gone since I will still be tapering the prednisone.

Just venting. I hate being on meds that mess up my body and appearance. It's not fair sometimes. All I can think of is to drink a ton of water.

Ok, back. Everything I have read says that you should take around 100 mg a day. But you should also let your doctor know that you are taking it. And drink tons of water.

i'm on it to been on it since my transplant jan 22 i hate it i'm swollen and i gained weight i'm also on prograf another steriod between the two im like a balloon.... if u wanna talk sometime pm me.
