Well, I'm up before the chickies again today. Feeling pretty good though. Got through the weekend pretty much on plan but not as much exercise as I should have. So that was seven pretty good days in a row. Don't feel like there's been a loss though. But pretty much back to where I was before the prior (great) weekend.
Saw "Riverdance" at a nearby theater yesterday. Seats in Peanut Heaven but I considered the many steps my exercise for the day.
Freezing here, Joanne. Lost all remaining annuals. Hunker down time when our daily activity gets to be Christmas shopping.
Meme, it would have been WW3 if DH said I needed more will power. Sometimes you wonder what planet they're on. I know living with all my problems has been no picnic for him but sometimes........And, unfortunately, he's now on the other side of the stick and takes lots more pills, has more serious problems, etc. Sometimes I just can't help myself and when things are going well and we're kidding around, I just have to give a little back to him of some of the quotes he's made over the years. Mostly he was tremendously supportive (as it sounds of your dh) but the occasional thoughtless remark would make me wonder what alien took over his body/mind.
Have been thinking I should call my dr. too. Been arguing this practically every week since I saw him two months ago. Have an early Dec appt but think I should go before then. Hate to ask for trouble though. Keep hoping all will turn around a bit more.
Careful, Ally. Love sure is good for those aches and pains. But lust can sometimes foul up the brain particles. Enjoy the glow!
