Lost my post!!!!!But we need a new thread. I am reading Dr. Phil's book one chapter at a time-Weight chart is way off for me because of my age. and my diet is good except for water and salt. But I did set some new goals and more specific. I went to mark items for the fair and 2 elderly ladies helped me and they worked harder than I did. Clara said we have to get this done today!!But she moved everything into the hall and now we have to move it back because someone needs the space!!!But she said she'd help-I'm telling you. these ladies are old!!!Funny!!Going for a walk with Auntie-chiro first-knee is bothering me-maybe my goal should be to walk every other day!!! Working next week so I can swim at the hotel!!!Be good everyone. Mima
