Hi everyone: I am new to the forum and not sure where to go but I know I need some support and help. I am on Weight Watchers and was good until 11:00 p.m. Most people would go to bed at that hour but not me. I started bingeing!! I also have a slight case of cerebral palsy which has caused severe back problems that prevent me from walking for any length of time. My doctor wants me to get some weight off to see if my pain lessens. I know it will but I am constantly sabotaging my program. I need some form of exercise but am clueless as to what to do. I do swim some but it has been raining here alot in Florida. I need some friends and some advice. I'm almost desperate. I have lost 21 lbs. so far but should have lost 50 by now. I keep blowing it.
