hi tyke! welcome. you might check out the subgroup for pregnant and nursing mothers. Juggling work, mothering and exercise and healthy meal plans can be tricky and those doing it know the most about it. After my second I taught a post-partum exercise class. Having my baby in spring helped a lot, had the first in December and getting out with her for walks etc was really hard, but exercising without her was harder.
My other "trick" was to drink a lot of water, a large glass every time I nursed. Helped get me in practice for all the water I drink now as I work at losing weight. good luck with your weight loss. This is the one time in your life that your body is "programmed" to lose weight, hope you can turn that to your advantage.
