Default Dieting after prolapse surgery.

Hello everyone,

I just thought I would make a topic in hopes that maybe there are others who can relate to my situation. I have had front and back prolapse corrected. But for the rest of my life I am restricted from weight/resistance training, impact training, running/jogging, sit ups, standing to long, etc..

Everywhere I turn people say that to lose weight and get your body to the best it can be is to combine both dieting and weight training. I also have some saggy skin left behind, and most all advice I read it always states to build muscle to help fix that problem.

I just feel very scared and frustrated at the fact that I am extremely limited to the types of workouts I can do. I feel its so unfair that after all my hard work with weight loss that I still have to suffer with issues.

Anyone have this happen to them? If so how do you build strength?
