I realize first hand that losing weight is a challenge, and if we focus on how much we need to lose it can seem almost impossible.

My advice to you is do not think about the big picture. Instead, wake up everyday and think about one positive thing you can do for the day. Maybe, something as simple as going for a ten minute walk, or starting to journal. There are many things that you can do in small ways that will eventually lead to big results. If you fall off of the wagon, that is okay. Just start again at the next meal and strive to do better. I know that you can do this, the first step is always the hardest.
