Default diy thyroid tests

Has anyone tried a thyroid tests you do at home and then send into a lab to get tested? How accurate are they?

I was looking at this site : http://www.lowestpricelabs.com/ and when I search thyroid a few tests come up ranging from $50-$250, and it's a bit confusing to me what's actually included. Does anyone know which one I should get? Something under $100 (since if I had the money I'd just go to a doctor).. I was thinking of one of these:

http://lowestpricelabs.prepaidlab.co...eyword=thyroid

http://lowestpricelabs.prepaidlab.co...eyword=thyroid

and if anyone has any other sites that might be cheaper or they used and can recommend that would be good.
