But did they ever look into it when I mentioned it?? Noo.... of course not.
Also.... it's REALLY hard for me to work with the sleep schedule thing... I work midnights and rarely sleep more than 5 hours at a time. *sigh* I sleep in incriments, which I'm sure doesn't help how I'm feeling. :/
If I don't get anywhere with these doctors... I'll definitely keep the homeopathic stuff in mind. Thanks

Oh! Don't even get me started with the thyroid "normal" range blood test!!! That's even worse than the iron!!
But believe me starfishkitty - I KNOW how you feel okay - my life is very stressful too, I don't get enough sleep, and I feel like I'm running myself ragged. However, I refuse to let that be yet another thing I beat myself up about. I just do what I can. And if that means I go to sleep at 12:15 am instead of 12:30 am - that's a HUGE accomplishment for me!
I have found just taking note and being aware of all the ways I have stress in my life is helping me see where I can make improvements. I have a very Type A personality, so I strive for perfection in every way, so my lesson is to learn how to be kinder to myself. Just being aware of the stresses in my life is the first step to being kinder, and it does really help.
I think it's awesome that you made yourself a priority, saved up the money and got the blood work you needed. That's a step in the right direction. Oh, if you are interested in naturopathy or homeopathy but worried you can't afford it - try seeking out a school - the students will need people do practice case studies on, that way you can get the benefits for free!
Where there's a will, there's a way!!
