hi ctdaydreamer--- i hope you are doing well. i am continuing with physical therapy for my back, which hopefully is helping. i'm also hanging in there with my food plan, which at this point is still ww. i'm not exercising quite as much as i had been, but for the most part, i'm doing o.k. with that too. the heat continues to be relentless. i move much more slowly and not as well in the heat, so i can't be as consistent with exercise as i might like. i hope your week is going well. take care.

PT seems to be helping me quite a bit, hope it does the same for you. Still no change in the weight thing, finding it hard to keep from snacking. Just trying to keep from bingeing and eating junk. I just got my bike fixed and hope to start riding again, will start slow and see how it goes. Looking forward to a weekend in Maine. The weather forecast looks good so far, so it should be a nice getaway. Thanks for keeping in touch.

hello ctdaydreamer---i'm very glad to hear the p.t. for your back is helping! definitely, take the bike riding slow and easy to start, so you don't lose any ground you've gained with your back. i hope you enjoy your weekend in maine. i wish you could send back some of that cooler weather down my way! i am continuing to lose slowly-frustrating, but at least moving in the right direction. well, take good care of yourself.
