Hey, Andrea!

I wondered where you were posting...now I know. How is everything? Hope you're doing well.

I've lost a total of 39 lbs. since Jan 1. I'm a happy girl.

Do you know anything about the other girls from over at yahoo?

Gayle

okey dokey I found you! Sounds like we should just pretend we just started and, forget all about the past 3 months where we hardly lost anything. But, We didn't really gain either. So where still in the running. I'll take 1 oz at a time if that's all I can do. It's still better than gaining.

Talking

No I'm not a bit amazing but, since I have soooooo much trouble loosing anything that if all I can get is 1 oz that still has to be better than gaining it. It's all mind games really. I have to tell myself that no matter what I loose its still less than I was last week. I want to loose 60+- one pound at a time. At this rate I figure at least a year.

hey all.
i just finished my lunch of turkey spam and zattaran's paella. it was spicy, but good. spam is the ultimate college product....it doesn't need a fridge, and the turkey is relatively low fat. life is good.

i lifted weights at the gym this morning (just arms, cuz my ankle is sprained), and then i went to aikido for a few hours. it was fun. we did high falls, and i threw guys bigger than me. :-)

i weighed myself after class, and i'm at 158/159 or so. i'd like to lose 8lbs for graduation....that'd be nice....

when i went to the dr, i spent about $1000 for lab tests too. it was pricey, but i think it was worth it for me. i would pay the money to school, or to the car mechanic, so i figured i'm worth more than a college education or a car....

besides, once they do the diagnostic tests, they can see all sorts of things...my cousin found out she had a hormone disorder, in addition to thyroid. the tests kaiser had done never caught those things. you might also check with your insurance company...some may cover part/all of the tests you need performed.

my mom goes to kaiser for testing, and then goes to the specialist with the results. ask the dr what arrangements you can make...

good luck.

Unhappy weight

Congrats on the weight lose!!!! I have gained feeling a little down. I'm still working on making my hips work right and pain free. I'm thinking that while I'm down and gaining I may as well quite smoking..... The kids are after me.... I don't smoke in the house or the car. Sorry I'm babling it's been a week and it's only Monday!
