that sucks.
but you know, tomorrow is another day, and it'll get better.

spring and summer always get me motivated to exercise and eat better. fresh fruits and veggies are easily accessible and there's always fun things to do outside.

i'm gonna do the body for life thing for 12 weeks, i think. except i'm gonna modifiy it a bit (of course...you know me...) to be more vegetarian.

we'll see how it goes though. i'm gonna do my before picture this weekend, i think. if nothing else, it'll get me lifting weights on a regular basis, so i'll build muscle and raise my metabolism.

graduation is coming up soon, and i'm gonna start sewing my dress. it's a really pretty pattern. hopefully it'll look good. i'm somewhat apprehensive about sewing easy patterns cuz they don't have much styling, but i don't really have the skills to do anything buy easy.

oh well.

Please Andrea don't be so down on yourself. We all go through these hard times. Remember less than 2 months ago it was me remember I kept gaining and got so depressed but, you got me through it and, we'll get you through it too. Go to Wally World and just get some of those stretchy knit shorts that come in all those funky colors. you'll feel better and be cooler to boot. I only lost .2 this week. Oh well we have to get "there" anyway so if we don't loose every week we'll just keep trying. by the way what is the 12 step program you two are talking about?

pet,

my ww leader always said that somethin in pretzels affects peoples metabolism. as far as your questions go, it seems that people with hypo have better luck with high protein, high fiber foods. hth.

yeah, it's the 12 week body for life program. if you guys want to try it, just get the book from the library. it's not worth buying, unless you get it for, like, $1.

i am so sore from aikido. we did high falls and stuff. good fun.
i think i'm gonna have some popcorn for dinner (housemates are slobs, and dishes are piled up, so no room to really cool).

have a great weekend! mine starts tomorrow

Hi All Do you want a laugh? I was at the dr.'s today and I actually lost 2 lbs!!!!! The nurse said that she never saw someone quit and loss!! The only thing I have been doing different aside from not smoking is drinking lots of water (4 and 5 liters a day) Just goes to show that all the poeple who say drink lots of water to help diet may be right!!!
