Default High Fiber Pasta

Ok. There is this high fiber pasta. For 2 oz uncooked, the calories are 130. Carb 41g. And fiber is 18g. Would you consider this ok for a diabetic to eat? I know the carbs are high, but the fiber is also high. Thanks for the help.

If you are going to eat pasta, high fibre is better. IF you want yummy alternatives, try spaghetti squash, or use a spiral slicer on fine to make zucchini noodles. Enjoy, whatever you decide.

It really depends on what spikes your blood sugar (everyone will be different) ..I try to keep my fat low and theirfore a little bit of pasta won't hurt - although I do try to do gluten free, rice pasta, bean pasta, chickpea pasta etc. Zucchini or squash also great alternative as someone suggested above.
