I have, to a point. My version of Intuitive Eating is a little different. Many interpret it to mean that you eat whatever you want, to include candy, baked goods, starchy carbs, which I cannot eat and successfully control my blood sugar. I eat when I'm hungry and eat until I satisfy that hunger. At least I try to. I have a tendency to finish what's on my plate even after hunger is satisfied. I'm working on that.
