Good Morning from Atlantic Canada . . .
Boy oh boy; Spring has definitely not Sprung around here. Those hairy frogs are shivering in their boots this morning. It's -21C (-6F) at the moment. At least the sun is shining.

Hard to believe we are changing to DST this weekend.

Think some of us are going to have to refer to this as "Snowboarding Forward" or something along those lines.
Hi
GLEN . . .

Thanks, I'll take a look at the Betty Crocker site. . . I know the Kraft site has lots and lots of valuable information for diabetics.
Hi
JEANNE . . .

Great to see you, Chickie and glad to hear you are doing well. I haven't tried those veggies yet. Thanks for the tip.
Hi
ROSEY . . .

At least I know (or imagine, anyway) that you're another one who is not exactly welcoming Spring yet.

I'm on the waiting list for a mini poodle, but the mom isn't even preggers yet, so it will be a while.
Hi
ROSETTA . . .

Good for you, girl. Hang in there and keep beating those pounds off. I really don't like Summer, either. But Spring and Fall, I just love -- 'Sweater Weather' is my cup of tea -- definitely NOT "Sweating Weather".
Hi
MONET . . .

Oh wow . . . hope you at least get a nice discount. 'Planned Obsolesence' seems to built into everything these days.

Keep fighting the good fight with the BGL, girl. Have you spoken to the doctor about it . . . maybe that 'Lizard Spit' isn't your 'thing' after all?
That said . . .my BGL was 6.8 (122) this morning. Still within normal limits but pretty high for me. Sometimes there is just no figuring it out. Maybe I slept through a hypo; maybe it's just the cold weather . . . I know I was freezing when I woke up. Hey at least the FFM was good to me and I got to kick another pound to the curb.

Yippee.
No great plans for today . . . just trying to stay warm. Hope everybody has a great moving and shaking kind of day. Just keep doing the good stuff as much as you can and the rewards will evenually follow. See you later, gang.
