Frozen Mint Patties
This was found off of another website, however I am not the one whom found it and therefor do not know who the credit goes to for these DELICIOUS little buggers. They taste like Andes Candies!
Frozen Mint Patties
1 pkg. (envelope) unflavored gelatin (0g)
1 tbs. boiling water - (0g)
1 c. heavy whipping cream (0g)
1 oz. cream cheese (1g)
3 drops mint or peppermint extract (?g)
10 packets splenda (10g)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (1g)
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted (2g)
* We used 1 packet of Nestle Choco Bake, Premelted, unsweetened
chocolate flavor. (2g)
Soften gelatin in the boiling water. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
Chill for 10 minutes and spoon onto parchment (wax) paper and freeze.
Pack in an airtight container.

Entire Batch 14 grams
Individual Mints are .7g each
