Thumbs up Apple Pastry!

I, myself, can not take credit for the recipe. I found it posted on another website and decided to add in a few of my own ingredients.

What you will need:
I can't believe it's not butter spray
1 apple
2 packets of splenda
cinnamon
1 mini white pita bread

Cut up a whole apple in cubes.
Sprinkle some cinnamon and a packet of splenda and mix well.
Heat in a bowl for 30 seconds.
Once the apple is warm, take a (white) mini pita bread and make a small slit to stuff the apples in. (you can add a tea spoon of apple sauce if desired)
Once the apples are in, take the I can't believe it's not butter spray and spay both sides.
Sprinkle another packet of splenda over the bread on both sides. Bake on 350 for 5 minutes.

Default super-easy 2 point apple or blueberry "pie"

Here's some recipes I came up with for those of you who like apple crisp, apple pie, or blueberry pie. They're also great if you don't like to cook or don't have time to cook!

Janice's Apple Crumble

Ingredients:
- 10 Breton Mini Honey crackers
- cinnamon
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp Walden Farms apple butter
- liquid sweetener

Directions:
Crust
1. Place crackers in ziploc sandwich baggie and crush them up.
2. Put cracker crumbs into a small bowl, mix in desired amount of cinnamon.
3. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the bowl.
4. Drip liquid sweetener over mixture until mostly damp.
Filling
5. Peel and chop apple into small pieces. Place in separate bowl with 1 tbsp apple butter.
6. Microwave for about 1-2 minutes, or until apples are soft, stirring halfway.
7. Pour apple mixture over crust. Serve and enjoy!

For a change, use 1 cup of fresh blueberries instead of the apple, and 1 tbsp Walden Farms blueberry fruit spread in place of the apple butter. Note: microwave time may be shorter for blueberries.

1 small pckg fat free/sugar free butterscotch flavor pudding mix
2 large green apples, peeled & chopped (approx 15 oz)
