VANILLA CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
4 ounces cream cheese
2T honey (use AGAVE NECTAR or other sweetener)
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 to 2 tsp milk
Beat the cream cheese until fluffy
Beat in the honey (agave) and vanilla
Add the milk a drop at a time, beating constantly, untilt he frosting is very light. Do not add the milk too quickly or too much milk; the frosting will lose its air and become runny.
Makes enough for 12 small cupcakes.
