Hey all!

My back and AF both are doing a lot better! (So far!) I made it through work tonight at least! Or lastnight/this morning however you want to look at it. lol.

Susan -- I injured my spine in a car accident 10 yrs. ago and now it occasionally will "shift" and cause me pain and I have arthritis in it as well.

Have a Great Friday!!!!

Morning!
I did legs on Wed and dance aerobics on Thurs and my calves are killing me. And this is how sick I am ... it feels great!

Oh Sassy ... a car accident? Chronic back pain is a true tragedy. You doctor for it right? What are their words of wisdom?

Good Morning,

TGIF... TGIF...TGIF... did I mention TGIF?

Susan keep up the good work with exercising....things can only get better

Sassy girl, good to see you. Sorry your feeling like do do, but hang in there. I know what spine pain feels like, I have DDD, arthritis and spurs on my spine..you can't even take your finger and touch my back w/out it hurting. take it easy.

Sweetpea.... love that tappin toes kitty ROFL..how are you?

Cathy, is it cold by you today? its bitter cold here today but then tomorrow and Sunday its gonna be in the 50's ??? what the heck lololol.

My friend from highschool emailed me yesterday to let me know that her DH was killed in an auto accident on Tuesday... All day yesterday and today I feel like I"m in a fog. I can't stand it. They got married 2 years ago after a life time of her looking for the right guy. A 79 year old man hit him T-bone and killed him instantly. So today I'm leaving work early to go to the wake. I get so incrediably nevous at these things I shake. But please say a prayer for Kelly and Steven. Thanks ladies

other than that... I'm tired LOLOL

how's your day going along?

Hi Girls. Just a quickie here.

Susan -- Yeah I've been to several drs there is nothing they can do now. I was in a back brace after my accident for many many months as well as therapy. Now I just have to deal with it. I have exercises to do to help too.

Leenie -- Aw sorry to hear about your friend's DH. Also sorry to hear about your spine too. I know it stinks that is for sure.

I'm hanging in there! That is what us women do, right? We just keep going!

Have a Great Weekend!

Kelly? are you trying to start everything at once (and perfectly?) That's just too big a leap for me. Just get a few little things right for a few days. It'll feel good ... like an accomplishment. Then just do more things right-ish as time goes by. Don't believe that anybody is perfectly OP all the time. We're humans!

Just get one pretty good day under your belt and you'll see how empowered you feel.

Kelly! This is a bunch of fine, loving, caring, and fun chics!

Hey Gals.

Susan - Yes you gals need to to get me to do my exercises! I woke up with my back aching today, but as I got up and got moving, it felt better. (imagine that!) lmaooooooo. I also need to get to doing my WATP DVD!

Leenie -- Hey hun. BIG I can't imagine how difficult the wake was. Your a great friend.

Oh cool, breakfast with and sounds like a cute outfit! I'm lucky, working nights/weekends, I never have to dress up! Of course I cant' look like a bum, but I don't have to dress up either! I think men are just as bad, if not WORSE than women are when it comes to shopping! I know my FIL is the WORST! He will go from strore to store and then back to the 1st store just to get a good bargin!

Well I hope you all enjoy your wonderful weekend!

Good Morning,

Susan I'm with yah on the eating bad and feeling bleh....why do we do it?

Sassy I'm the queen of excuses when it comes to exercise, a big part really is that my back and knees just hurt so its never enjoyable, and its always a chore....its hard for people to understand that, they think....oh suck it up and just do it...easier said than done. In the summer I did alot of swimming and loved it, no pain. Oh well....hurry up summer

Breakfast with santa was cute, they had a magician there who was doing trick with fire..... ummmmmmmm I dunno about you all but showing 2-3-4-5-6 year olds that you can light your arms on fire and swallow fire is NOT something you should be teaching them IMHO. I was very bothered by that....what were they thinking. I hope the rest of the show made them forget about the fire tricks but when my Dd got in the car to leave thats all she talked about OY vEY.

Other than that......... today I'll be cleaning since yesterday I didn't

How about you all ?

.

Leenie -- Oh I know what you mean about Back Pain at least. My DH has knee pain, he is 6'8, so has dealt with it most of his life.......Its not easy at all exercising in pain, I know that one. Then I just love it when your dr tells ya, "but if you exercised you would feel SO much better!" Ya well its not your back that is in pain and carrying all this extra weight on top of it does not help it! Kind of a catch 22, you need to exercise to lose weight, but it hurts too much to exercise. So I hear ya!
