I am popping in because today was a sad day for me. Well I guess it was technically Sunday, but anyways. It was the anniversary of my step father's death.

I started out okay, but then I called my mother to see how she was and I heard the sadness in her voice. and then my hubby started aggrivating me which then caused a complete meltdown.

I did recover, but I think I just had to "release my feelings" because keeping them inside didn't help at all.

Anyways, I just wanted to share, my step father was a wonderful, wonderful man and we miss him dearly.

Sassy, sorry some days' will be harder than others thats for sure. What helped me was just to cry, when ever, where ever and talking about it to anyone who would listen to me. Hang in there hon.
