I've been bawling for 3 straight days over something or another. Damn Depression. I feel better today! That's good news!

First, are you taking anything for your depression?

Second, we also just moved into a tiny rental while we try to get a house built. My treadmill, recumbent bike and weight bench all had to go into storage. I'm left with videos, walking outside, taking the kids to the tennis court at the high school, jumping on the trampoline. The Walk Away the Pounds video series really doesn't take much room to do.

Yeah. I got off meds for 3 weeks and I was easing my way back in. I also eliminated one (as a trial...under doc's care). I'm much better this week. I just got back from vacation. The 2/3 was relatives then we spent a few days in the smokey (heavens) mountains. I loved it!
