Goooooooooooooooood Morning Gals
It is a sunny day and 10:50..the time in here is always incorrect!

I have walked outside 1/2 mile whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa go girl! I have to motivate myself!

I have ran the sweeper..changed the bed..mopped the floor and folded clothes!~

Now I am going to shower...I m feeling great! Done working for now

Cathy here is my WW soup recipe:

2 cans ff chicken broth
1 pkg Pioneer ff white gravy mix
1 bag O'Brien style hash browns frozen
1 cup water

Put 2 cups broth & 1 cup water on stove
Bring to a boil.
Add gravy mix until dissolved.
Add frozen O'Brien potatoes ( hash browns with onions & peppers)
Cook until not frozen......
Add salt & Pepper

2 points per cup if doing WW's!

Remember I am the "Queen" of Heat & Eat!

Wink Hello Ladies

We're moving a week from tomorrow! (a whole bunch of mixed emotions!). Other than that, things have been o.k. Did I mention we're moving a week from tomorrow!

Leenie: Doesn't ever go to lunch or whatever?

Cathy: It's beautiful here too..but we REALLY need rain!

Liz: Please let us know how your doctor's visit goes.

CIN: Sounds like you're starting to bounce back from your surgery. Doesn't it feel good to get out and around after being cooped up? Been there, done that

I've been lurking , and I've seen a few new faces..welcome everyone! This is an awesome site, and a wonderfully supportive group of people.

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Hi ya'll

I'm new to this group but have been posting on the WLS boards. I just wanted to say hello. I'm having a pretty good day today. I just had the lap band surgery and feel pretty good. I moved to full liquids today so I don't feel as deprived. I'm amazed at how much my overeating soothed my uncomfortable feelings. I knew that in my head, but now I REALLY know it... but today is good.

Good Morning everyone

Beautiful sunny day here again, I'm hoping to get outside to enjoy it (other than hanging things on the line) as they are calling for rain all weekend. Figures we get a long weekend and we get rain, but what can ya do eh? Hubby will probably be working anyway so the girls and I will find something interesting to do. DD16's silver mollys had fry yesterday, baby fish are something new to us, so we are all totally fasinated.

Hope everyone is feeling better today.
Marcie, April and Marie, where are you? Hope you guys are doing alright.
And Welcome CJsprincess glad to hear you are having a good day.

Take care all,

Hey everyone!! Wow, so busy these days. I've been getting in a lot of walking, though. My mom's been sick so I've been taking the dog for hour-long walks the past couple days so when we got back she'd be tired and leave mom alone :P Aren't I a nice daughter? I've got bad sores on my feet from Tuesday's walk, though. I wore bad sandals rather than tennis shoes. Not a smart move.

I hope everyone's doing well. I graduate in two weeks!! Whoo hoo!! I'm so excited. It can't come soon enough. Later everyone

Buddly, I'm still here. Been kinda crazy lately. Hubby's home. He got home a little over a week early. I was so stressed out. So nervous. And now that he's here, it's even worse. He hasn'e touched me since he gave me a peck hello. I wish I could ask him were we stand, but I know I need to give him time to adjust to being home. I'm feeling kind of lost lately. I miss Sweet Pea and Marie from this site, and I've drifted away from the Jorge cruse site. I have some email friends, it's just that right now I'm so all over the place it's hard to focus enough to write everything out. I'm pretty bad right now. I'll try to check in again soon.
