Hey where is everyone? I am so glad the week is at an end! Yeahhhh weekend! No alarm clock to wake me up (unless my 2 yo the human alarm clock counts...up every morning at 6:45). So what does everyone have planned for this weekend? I don't have much planned. Jonathan banned me from the gym for the weekend. My knee gave out today after getting off the bike, so I am to rest this weekend and when I come in on Monday he wants me wearing my knee brace and we're also going to start my new exercise routine. Here's a question: Is it ok to think your trainer is a hottie? Anyway I did 7.5 miles on the bike (20 min.) today and then got sent home. It's TOM so I'm trying real hard to stay away from the scale (and the chocolate ). Anyway I'll BBL gotta make lunch. TTYL

Hey..........still balancing study with kids........off all week.........I am so fatigued........I am going for a nap in the sun after I drop my dd8 over at her girlfriends.

I am so stressed.........why oh why do I do these things to myself.

And yes it is absolutely ok to think your trainer is a hottie.........seeing the beauty in others is a great strength

Hello Everyone

Well I have a Nutrition Test coming up This Wednesday... Well I'm studying the Study Sheet that the parapro put on the Discussion Board. I have all the questions answered but I"m looking for some Study Strategies I mean I got a C- in my Study Skills Class so ya'll know I'm not good at Studying but i need to get a good grade on this next 2 test in Nutrition Class and we have a Semester Study that is worth 60pts and there is some Extra Credit along with it so I'm trying to put alot of Extra Credit with it. But yeah I'm sure Johnathan is a Hottie Heather if I was single which I am I would advise you to see if Johnathan is Single also this may be a Romance happening and its good to have a Husband who is a Personal Trainer. But I just need some Study Tips for my Tests because i only have 3 weeks in my other classes and by the grace of God I'm going to try to get good grades in my classes so I can have a happy Summer but either way if I don't have good grades in my class at least i can say I tried.
