Gosh, I thought Leenie ate a Go-cart! Oy vey!

Let's see! Weekend of the usual. Shopping on Saturday and church on Sunday. Church was busy cause we had a meeting about voting about new hymnals. For some people, change is really difficult and I had to sit and listen to the whining. I wanted to yell at them that it isn't plasma.

Today, I have a muscle spasm in my lower back so I can't exercise. I reache dup in the cupboard and there it was. Now,it hurts even when I breathe.

What did I eat today: A breakfast bar 130 calories, some cut up cucumber and sweet peppers. Lunch was 1/2C rice with lots and lots of veggies with beef stirfry. No sauce.. Supper is pork roast, whipped potatoes and asparagus. I'll limit the potatoes and pork , but you'll have to arm wrestle me to get my asparagus away .

Hey everybody. Today we got a lot of snow and the weather was real bad so school was cancelled. I couldn't go anywhere, which meant no exercise!! I'll survive, though.
Breakfast - peanut butter sandwich, I think
Lunch - Popcorn, and a little while later a sugar free pudding cup
Snack - Gardenburger BBQ ribs (160 calories... yum)
Dinner - Steamed veggies, seasoned shrimp
Snack - Another peanut butter sandwich

I had some milk and a square of dark chocolate in there somewhere. Bleh.
