Good Morning Ladies...



How is everyone doing this wonderful Wednesday???

Slowly getting into the diet life again and this time I plan on sticking to it until I reach my goal. Starting weight in was 143 so I am down 5lbs from last week. Don't ask me how tho.

Exercise... I did 30 minutes Monday morning 25 minutes Tuesday morning and I went for about a 1/2 mile walk each night so October Miles = 1

My baby boy is turning 7 tomorrow. I can't believe it.

On the Home front...everything has come crashing down around my head. My husband and I got back together 2 months ago and now we are seperating again.. So by the end of Oct. I will be on the move again.. but on a positive note I found a house I really really want so waiting to talk to the realtor today. My credit is awful (my own fault) but I am hoping I can work something out with the owners. Right now I am in the numb stage and am still trying to figure things out. Trying to avoid the emotional train rec.. I was the last time.

Well I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Need to go work out for my 30 minutes now.

This working full time is killing me........I can't wait to go part time mid month. I'm actually looking forward to cleaning my house friday....it is sooooooooo bad.

I have a wedding Saturday..going shopping for an outfit Saturday Could be ugly!

Anyhow must run........need to dry my hair, put on my face and kiss my dd7 out of her sleepy slumber.........

Liz, I know what you mean about working fulltime. I take every other Monday off and these weeks I work fulltime are long.

Kierie, great big pat on the back for skipping the Hostess. Diet coke may not get the best press but it's much better than snacking.

I'm doing okay food wise today. I'm actually hungry for dinner. It's been a while on that since I've been munching lately. Today, I've been good. I still don't feel like exercising, but I did empty the dishwasher - does that count? I suppose not...

Hey Karen! So you work here in DC?! Cool Guess I should call you neighbor since you live in Fredricksburg. Yes this is wonderful weather we've been having. My father went to school in Florida - FAMU - Florida A&M University. I know what you mean - I use to live in North Carolina, and I swear too that it never got as hot there as it did here this summer. Of course, middle age doesn't help! Double whew! I am glad it's over too!

FAMU has THE BEST marching band!!! (I think they were the "Rattlesnakes" or Rattlers?) I went to UF for 2 years & graduated from USF (Tampa).

good for everyone that is exercising.... i need to get this lard butt back to the Leslie Sansone dvd's....was doing for awhile like a madwoman but I slacked off in June & haven't been back since!!! AARRGGHHH!!!
